If you find the service offered by Direct-numbers.co.uk to be unsatisfactory, then we would welcome you to request a full refund. Providing the call made was in the last 30 days and you have evidence of the call in the form of a phone bill.
Refunds will be made at the standard rate of 7p per minute and will be processed via email. Please contact email@example.com with details of your call and include the following:
– Your name and telephone number
– Your Address
– A copy of the call entry on your phone bill
– The time and date of the call
– The number you dialled
All refunds will be made by cheque in the name of the telephone bill account holder and will be processed within 14 days of your claim.
