Our Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with the service you receive, however if for any reason you feel we have not provided you with a satisfactory service, you may request a full 100% refund for the cost of your call.
All refund requests are processed via email, and will be made at the standard rate of 10 pence per minute for the entire duration of the call.

We will require the following:
- Your name & telephone number
- Your Address
- A copy of the call entry on your next phone bill, stating the time of the call
- The date of the call
- The number you dialled
Please note we will only process refund requests for calls made in the past 60 days. All refunds are made by cheque to the account holder on the telephone bill. Refund cheques are Processed within 14 days of the submitted claim.
Terms & Conditions
By using the Direct-Number.co.uk web site you agree to our terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the following terms & conditions then you must not use the site (Direct-Number.co.uk).
By calling any of our listed numbers you agree to pay 10 pence per minute from a BT landline. Calls from mobiles and other networks may cost considerably more. If you are unsure of your network costs we advise you contact your network supplier before using our service.
You are fully aware that by calling any of the numbers on our website (Direct-Number.co.uk) you will NOT be put directly through to the company you are looking for, you will however be given the direct telephone number in the form of a recorded message of the company you are looking for. You will require a pen and paper to hand; in order to take down the number you are looking for. It will be repeated twice for your convenience, but if for any reason you fail to take down the number. You will be required to re dial in order to hear it again.
All callers must be over 18 years of age and have the permission of the bill payer.
The numbers on the Direct-number.co.uk website are checked regularly to ensure they are up to date and accurate. However in the event of a supplied number being defective or inactive a full refund will be offered. Please see our refund policy above, for details on how to make a claim.
At busy times your call could take a lot longer to be answered. If this is the case we advise you either search elsewhere for the number you require, or alternatively hang up and call again at a less busy time. Direct-Number.co.uk will not be held responsible for the duration you are required to wait, should you decide to stay in a queue. If you find yourself in a long queue, please hang up and call back at a less busy time. It is on that basis you agree to use our service.
Direct-Number.co.uk has absolutely no connection in any way, with any of the companies listed on the site.
The numbers supplied by Direct-Number.co.uk are for the best ‘general’ customer services team and in some large organisations there may be more than one service number or department.
Direct-Number.co.uk is not responsible or liable for any loss, including (without limitation) loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, damages or injury relating to or in association with the use of the service.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between both parties, supplier and user in relation to our website (Direct-Number.co.uk) and supersedes any previous agreements of the website.
